  2. Boil Noodles and strain,once cool deep fry them in 2 batches until crispy and form a nest.
  3. In a wok,add oil, and crushed garlic,cook chicken and then add prawns and stir fry for a while,take out and keep aside.
  4. In same oil stir fry veggies and take out in a bowl.
  5. In same wok add some oil,add chopped garlic,all ingredients of sauce except cornflour. Add seasonings and let it simmer.
  6. Add chicken,prawns,veggies and cook for a while.
  7. Add dissolved cornflour and thicken the gravy.
  8. Make half fry egg in a pan.
  9. To assemble: In a platter put fried noodles then sauce and then put half fried egg and serve hot.
