- Boil potatoes in water with little salt and yellow colour till done and strain
- Hard boil eggs and peel them
- Mix 1/2 tsp salt a the red chili powder 1 tsp in yogurt check the salt if less add some more and divide this in two bowls.
- In one bowl put boiled potatoes and in second put eggs and mix and Marinate
- Blanch tomatoes than peel off skin and grind them coarsely. (mota)
- Stir fry capsicum rings and take out in plate
- Boil rice with salt, cumm and chicken cubes and 1tsp oil cook till 80 %done, strain. Just like biryani rice is cooked
- Make tomatoes sauce🍅In same oil used for fry capsicum add more and saute chopped onions add cumin, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, red crushed chillies fry them and add tomatoes puree and cook with 1cup water add green chillies, cook till tomatoes puree rawness goes - kacha pan) when oil comes up add coriander and take out

- In a big pot spread 2 tbsp oil and 1/4 cup water, divide rice in 3 portions will make 2 layers of everything.
- Put some rice than Marinated eggs, potato and capsicum than pour half tomato sauce, than cover with rice layer again repeat with veggies and tomatoes sauce than cover lastly with rice sprinkle 1tbsp oil and 3_4 tbsp water on top, put pot on Tawa on high flame for 5_7mins than give dum on low flame.
