- Chinese Special Fried Rice Rice:
- Make sure your basmactic rice is half cooked and water is drained out. Heat up a little of olive oil and sesame oil. Add your chicken(diced in cubes), prawns, sausages and prawns if you wish. Add spring onions, garlic,salt,black pepper, add olive oil and stir. - Put pan on heat and pour olive oil and sesame oil and heat up, pour your beef(mixed beef in fridge), pour little of olive oil and sesame oil,add a little of salt,black pepper,add sesame oil, add your garlic,ginger,onions,spring onion, chili pepper, add teriyaki sauce, add dark soy sauce and add light soy sauce, add water and add bell pepper. Stir till it's tasty and serve.
- Note: The pan should be deep not flat and the rice should be basmatic not the regular ones cos it comes out more presentable and more better than the one as shown on the picture.
