  2. Add small amount of oil to the heated fraying pan and cook Chicken Mince. *Note: Chicken Mince is very sticky. Once Chicken started cooking, do not muck around with it and let it cook for a while. When the bottom is cooked, flip it over, then you can start breaking it.
  3. Add Spring Onion, but reserve some green pieces. When Spring Onion started getting soft, add seasoning mixture. Bring it to the boil and keep cooking for a few minutes.
  4. Beat the Eggs and pour the egg over evenly, sprinkle preserved green Spring Onion over, but DO NOT stir. Cover the pan with a lid, if you have it, until the egg is set.
  5. Half fill a bowl with freshly cooked rice and cover it with the chicken & egg ('Oyako' means parent & child) mixture.
